Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
Promote products/services and explain their features and benefits.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer database and records in CRM tools.
Handle customer queries in a professional manner and resolve complaints where possible.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling telemarketing or similar roles.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages will be a plus).
Confident persuasive and good at handling rejections.
Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel will be an advantage.
