We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our European market efforts in the offshore wind sector. This is a unique opportunity to shape sales strategies, engage key stakeholders, and drive business growth in a fast-evolving, sustainable energy industry. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle-from generating quotes and presenting solutions to guiding projects through critical sales milestones. You'll also collaborate with regulatory bodies to influence safety standards and identify certification needs, while staying ahead of market trends.
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the European offshore wind market
Prepare and present compelling proposals to customers and internal teams
Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, advancing projects through structured quality gates for smooth
Engage with local authorities and industry stakeholders to influence safety regulations and guidelines for offshore wind farms
Identify certification requirements and support product approval processes within your region
Monitor market trends, maintain a comprehensive project database, and identify new business opportunities through trade shows, digital networking, and workshops
Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success
Report directly to the Global Head of Sales
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
Proven experience in technical sales or a technical role with a strong commercial focus
Excellent communication skills in English and German (verbal and written)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and active listening skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Understanding of offshore wind technology or related industrial environments
Personal qualities: driven, honest, humble, trustworthy, fast learner, ambitious, charismatic, well-organized, disciplined, and resilient
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience with AI-driven solutions
Skills in negotiation, project management, or engineering
Fluency in additional European languages such as Danish, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, or Italian
Flexible work options: fully remote within Germany, Denmark, or the UK; hybrid or on-site in Schwerin (Germany) or Copenhagen (Denmark)
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and the UK
