What will I be doing
As Regional Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Workforce Australia program and related services within the North-West Melbourne region. Day to day you will drive operational performance champion innovation and report on key outcomes
Youll be tasked with:

Who are you
Youre a dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record in leading teams within the employment services or related sector. You possess exceptional strategic thinking and operational planning skills with the ability to drive results and achieve targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. A deep understanding of the regional job market and employment trends including those related to individuals with disabilities will be highly regarded.
