Job Description
Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Communications Agent to join our this role you will be the frontline representative of our organization responsible for managing communication between our clients and our company. Your primary goal will be to ensure clarity professionalism and speed in all interactions
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies products and services to assist clients.
- Document all client interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Resolve client complaints by identifying the cause and finding solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Communications Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or communications-related roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and knowledge management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
