We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team in Madison WI. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our company and our clients ensuring clear communication high satisfaction and lasting partnerships. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Address client inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met
Monitor account activity and ensure service levels are maintained
Collect and analyze feedback to improve overall client satisfaction
Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1 years of experience in client services account management or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
