Job Description
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!
If you have a passion for helping customers strong communication skills and at least 6 Months - 1 year of BPO experience we want to meet you.
As a CSR you will handle inbound or outbound customer interactions assist with inquiries provide product or service information resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
At least 1 year of BPO experience (voice or non-voice).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules weekends and holidays.
Must be willing to work on-site at Maa or Mabini SIte.
High school graduate senior high school graduate or college level/graduate.
