TalentWorldGroup is hiring Pre-Sales Representatives to support a fast-growing European travel-tech platform that is transforming how vacation rentals are managed and booked. As a key part of the pre-sales team youll help vacation rental homeowners get started with a powerful and innovative solution that streamlines their business and increases their bookings.

What Youll Be Doing
This role focuses on lead qualification not cold calling though you may occasionally contact recycled or older leads. Youll reach out to homeowners who have expressed interest in the platform via its app website or marketing channels.
- Follow up on leads to gather and verify key property details
- Ask qualifying questions (property type number of properties rental license pricing availability)
- Confirm contact information and schedule call-backs for the Sales Managers
- Record all interactions and insights accurately in the CRM (Pipedrive)
- Ensure all leads are fully pre-qualified before handoff
- Work with a structured script and criteria to maintain consistency and quality
Tools & Systems Youll Use
- Aircall Cloud-based call system for outreach and KPI tracking
- Pipedrive CRM for pipeline management and follow-ups
- Internal dashboards for workflow and performance tracking
What Were Looking For
- Experience in sales support lead qualification real estate or hospitality is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Comfortable using structured scripts and digital tools
- Tech-savvy organized self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Available during standard EU business hours
- Able to work independently after completing training
Project Shift Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm CET
- Afternoon shift: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm CET
- 20 hours per week
Note: Training will be required before onboarding. It will include 4-5 hours of unpaid sessions spread across multiple dates.

Technical Requirements
- Wired USB headset (noise-canceling preferred)
- Wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload)
- Laptop or desktop computer with:
- Processor: 1.8GHz or higher (64-bit preferred)
- RAM: 8 GB or more
- Minimum 10 GB available storage
- Screen resolution: 1920x1080
- Operating system: Windows 11 or macOS 13
