Job Description
Purpose
Check execute solve (where appropriate) and creates tickets (problem ticket change management ticket incident delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs.
We are the Digital Hub Network Centric Assurance (NCA) and we are looking for motivated colleagues to strengthen our international team.
We would like to introduce ourselves briefly in advance.
As Digital Hub NCA we reliably ensure the high availability and high quality of the telecom platforms and services.
We provide the IT-technical assurance systems in order to be able to operate products services and the underlying technical infrastructure efficiently and to be able to troubleshoot them quickly.
The aim is to guarantee customers a flawless user experience over the entire lifecycle and to turn our customers into fans!
Our goal is also to develop and deliver software faster more efficiently and in a more customer-oriented manner while further promoting feature-centric agile development. Cloud-based applications automation and modern applications are clearly in focus.
There are currently 13 assurance applications in our value stream including the Common Assurance applications. And together with DT Technik we are responsible for Deutsche Telekoms entire network-related assurance portfolio.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Ensuring proper operation including application availability of the infrastructure to be maintained or applications in the area of responsibility (e.g. configuration of IT/NT components documentation etc.).
- Implementation of deployments of new updates and coordination of new interfaces.
- Monitor and analyze stability capacity and performance.
- Independent execution of error analyses as well as analysis of technical faults up to sustainable fault rectification (log analysis console access).
- If necessary participation in the existing on-call service.
Job specific accountabilities
- Functional steers whole service chain for small to medium applications/services
- Independently executes standard tickets to provide service according to KPIs.
- Support Junior Administrators to spread knowledge level in the team and develop their skills.
- Responsibility for service asset- and configuration management.
- Support project and other deliverables in order to fulfil KPIs and management requests.
- Support and consulting of Service Delivery Management during order and pre-sales process and cost optimization.
Qualifications :
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- have secondary education
- have LPIC 1 Linux certification - advantage
- have knowledge of IT/PC literacy - Expert
- have knowledge of HW/SW overview - Advanced
- have Linux Windows Server knowledge - Advanced
- have ITIL knowledge - Basic
- have Technical overview in OS Network Storage Back up Databases Middleware Scripting - Basic
- are communicative a team player with strong analytical skills and able to share knowledge (presentation training or mentoring)
- have experience with working in an Agile environment (SAFe is an advantage) and basic project management experience
- speak English Upper intermediate (B2)
- speak German Upper intermediate (B2) - advantage

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1050 /brutto.
