The Operator I is responsible for managing the production process and work area from grooving to the finished product including handling and reloading packaging materials for the production line in a 24/7 environment. This role ensures product quality workplace safety efficient organization and adherence to established processes. It requires technical expertise the ability to perform core skills and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operations. This position starts at $19.00 per hour. There is an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.
The Operator II is responsible for overseeing the process and managing the work area including tasks from the mezzanines to the groover as well as handling and reloading raw materials onto the production line for the production line in a 24/7 environment. This role ensures product quality workplace safety efficient organization and adherence to established processes. It requires technical expertise the ability to perform core skills and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operations.
Both play a critical role in supporting and sustaining the fluidity of the product lines. All Operators start at a level 1 and have the opportunity to advance.

Professional Skills
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a continuous manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work overtime holidays and weekends as scheduled.
English reading and writing skills are preferred for career advancement including the ability to interpret safety rules operating instructions maintenance manuals and procedural documents.
Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with Production Leads Supervisors and Extruder Operators.
