Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with proficiency in Excel and mailing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in data entry and administrative support ensuring accurate and timely input of data and managing mailing operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into Excel spreadsheets and databases.
- Manage and organize mailing lists and correspondence.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Generate reports and summaries as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to support data-related needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and mailing software/tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
