Job Description

At Bang & Olufsen - a global leader in luxury audio-visual products we are looking for an experienced and proactive Regional Service Manager to join our global team!

As Regional Service Manager - Americas you will join our Global Field Service team primarily operating from Europe with local interaction across North and South this role you will design and maintain a transparent sustainable and efficient service network aligned with Bang Olufsens strategic and commercial goals. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with field service providers retail partners and internal stakeholders ensuring that our luxury service offering exceeds expectations across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

Develop document and implement a robust service network plan tailored to all relevant markets.

Manage and optimize service performance across KPIs cost and customer satisfaction (CSI).

Monitor warranty fairness and installation service budgets and performance.

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for certified service providers and installers in alignment with business requirements.

Oversee partner relationships and manage service contracts in collaboration with Global Service.

Conduct audits and quality control assessments of service partners.

Support execution of new service concepts and regional field initiatives.

What you bring

You bring a commercially driven mindset paired with profound technical understanding which allows you to enhance service delivery quality across diverse markets.

Moreover you bring:

3 years of professional experience in a commercial or service management role.

Proficient in leading teams and enhancing their capabilities.

Experience with technical service processes it would be a benefit if its in the luxury or consumer electronics industry.

Advanced skills in negotiation and managing stakeholder relations across different levels.

Effective communication and skills in presenting concepts.

Fluency in English (Spanish will be considered as advantage).

Strategic thinking with practical execution ability.

Compensation: 100.000 110.000 USD annually

Location: US New York

Travel: Approx. 20%
