The BA Sales and Planning Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the brands direct and indirect channels through the planning allocation and monitoring of revenue targets which support the definition of commercial KPIs and productivity goals while providing accurate and up-to-date reporting.
The main objectives of the role are: to support the brands Omnisales management in defining commercial KPIs and setting revenue potential through insights derived from the analysis of business dynamics; to design and manage comprehensive reporting on the performance of direct and indirect stores across different geographies in order to provide strategic and managerial insights as well as operational control over planned activities; to act as a business analysis hub supporting the Omnichannel Sales teams.
Omnichannel Sales Business Analyst & Planning Coordinator Core Responsibilities:
- As a point of reference for the Omnichannel Sales Director supports all preliminary turnover planning activities the definition of the current season/year turnover forecast and the first margin turnover planning through analytical processing
- Ensures reference data for the definition of the objective Retail kpis underlying the forecasts and to allow the processing of the retail P&L in collaboration with General Management and Retail proceeding with an accurate declination of the retail targets always in close contact with the Retail representatives
- Supports the Omnichannel Sales Director in Sales Campaign Projections and in compiling budgets by cost center
- Collaborates with the relevant bodies in the drafting of corporate documents
- During the season ensures the supervision and control of commercial trends in support of omnisales business analyses
- Guarantees timely calls and the definition of the Brand Council Monthly Updates agenda ensuring the circulation of the related and consequent meeting reports to the interesting and involved bodies
- Ensures the Board platform is updated
- Manages coordinates and controls any assigned collaborators ensuring their involvement and development
Qualifications :
- Previous work experience in Retail Planning or Corporate Controlling (at least 5 years)
- Excellent data search and analysis capabilities via Excel
- Tableau knowledge will be preferred requirement
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1)
- Excellent ability to work in teams and manage priorities and stress independently
- Interest in the world of fashion business
- Experience in leading people
