Job Description:

8 years of experience as Business System Analyst- BSA who can work closely with Technology partners.
Strong communication interpersonal collaboration and negotiation skills to work seamlessly in an agile cross-functional team with clients vendor(s) and other stakeholders.
Re-quirement Gathering User Story Facilitate Product Backlog grooming sessions Acceptance Criteria Work on creating SRS Design documents using UML Diagrams.
Able to prioritize requirements change requests for Business and work with Project team Scrum Master in determining how best to address them Work closely with Tech Stakeholders and PO Identify risk and mitigation plans Working knowledge of JIRA Confluence MS Visio and other BSA tools
