Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Science Museum London
Our catering outlets are open 7 days a week to serve our customers freshly made lunches sucha as sandwiches pizzas salads and cakes.
About the Chef de Partie role:
- Supervision of food preparation stock rotation and food labelling
- Team leadership and coaching
- General food prep cooking and cleaning duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
- Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced high volume kitchen.
