You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Service Desk Specialist you will be a part of Arvato Systems Global Delivery Service Operations unit and a member of our Service Desk team who focuses on delivering support in incident management providing high quality services to our customers all around the world. You will be responsible for supporting customers in system inquiries working closely and establishing global connection with colleagues in different locations in the world.
General responsibilities:
Work Organization:
Shift structure: Start as early as 7 AM and end no later than 9 PM
On-Call Duties: Night time (9 PM to 7 AM) and on weekends
Shifts and On-Calls are pre-scheduled and rotated among the team members equally
