Your future role:

Reporting to the Services Procurement Project Manager this role will see you leading strategic enhancements within the Sourcing Team while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managers to deliver Alstoms Modifications program commitments. The objective of this role is to coordinate all Sourcing activities related to the Modifications Program while supporting cross-functional priorities to ensure seamless operational execution.

Well look to you for:

• Source and procure materials and services required for modification projects.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and performance.
• Negotiate pricing delivery schedules and contract terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues affecting delivery or quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with project timelines and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases contracts and supplier communications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.

All about you:

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
