Your new role
The ServiceNow Analyst is to be the single point of contact for the support and delivery of the Service Now platform ensuring the capabilities are shared and understood among all internal business stakeholders. Ensuring the demands are delivered and supported in an efficient way according to SLAs with the support of the 3rd Party ServiceNow Development company.
Acting with consultative approach on Service Now platform and ITSM best practices
