About the role

Our Brisbane office has an exciting opportunity for a full timeBrisbane Office Coordinator.

Your duties will include:

  • Management of reception including switch board meeting rooms catering travel bookings archiving and coordination of relief reception
  • Coordination of hot desk / share desk arrangements within the office
  • Building and office facilities management
  • Office induction and technology training for new staff members
  • Management of firm organisation portals
  • Client and social committee event planning
  • Coordination of law students including rosters work days and leave requests

Work hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

About you

You will genuinely enjoy working with people and providing ouroffice and clients with support and confidentiality. You willhave great communication skills and excellent attention to detailwith the ability to multi-task and manage conflictingpriorities. You will be professionally presented and have apolished telephone manner with enthusiasm and willingness to workon your own and with our team.

Previous reception experience in a legal environment orequivalent will be highly regarded.
