In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager you will join the Business Banking team located in Brisbane thats doubling down on customer obsession!
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of professional services clients.
- Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating growing and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts
- Maintain and enhance your portfolios credit risk profile while maximising profitability
- Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio
- Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements overseeing revenue lending balances and deposit expansion
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager
- You will be experienced in business or commercial banking with strong credit and lending knowledge.
- Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills
- Passionate about business development and credit risk management
- Proficient in business/commercial practices alongside business banking products and services
