The Job You Will Perform:
- Responsible for playing a lead role in a variety of clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures.
- Perform daily financial activities of the plant which may include those of a sister plant located close to Wheat Ridge CO.
- Maintain accurate information and troubleshoot issues utilizing an ERP system.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily weekly and month-end closing responsibilities and reports.
- Process hourly payroll work with plant personnel on timekeeping issues balancing hours and maintaining accuracy.
- Perform accounting duties such as reconciling intercompany transactions journal entries and assist as needed with other finance responsibilities.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Requires 5 years of relevant accounting experience; an associates degree is preferred
- ERP system experience preferred
- Customer focused and ability to collaborate well with a team
- Self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Open minded--ability to accept and work through change
