Responsibilities
The successful candidate will teach one or more sections of Introduction to Environmental Issues ( ENV 104) in the Fall 2025 semester. These classes are taught on UNEs Biddeford Campus. Responsibilities include: Presenting instruction aligned with the student learning outcomes of the course Preparing student assignments that assess the learning outcomes Meeting during all designated class periods Grading student assignments and exams in timely manner Submitting mid-semester progress reports and final grades by University deadlines
Qualifications
A masters degree in environmental studies environmental sciences or a related field is required at the time of appointment. Candidates with a Ph.D. and/or undergraduate teaching experience are preferred.
