JOB TITLE - General Laborer

Reporting to the production supervisor or area team leader this position is responsible for performing light industrial manufacturing tasks at our plant in Libertyville Illinois.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Other duties may be assigned.

• Report to your workstation on time and ready to work
• Perform cutting assembling andpackaging of standard products as outlined in Work Orders
• Maintain continuous daily good housekeeping of the area you are working in
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Follow all protocols as outlined in our Safety Program

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Written and oral communication skills can understand and follow direction
• Manage time affectively as to accomplish all tasks within an appropriate timeframe
• Work well in a small group environment with a cooperative attitude
• Ability to use various hand and small power tools
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Plant Environment This position operates in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to occasional hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces with cords tools and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE at this time includes: Safety glasses. Other PPE available upon request.
