Job Description
Job Summary for ServiceNow Tester:
- Serve as a skilled ServiceNow professional specializing in Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripting and GRC modules.
- Design develop and execute automated tests using ServiceNow ATF to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and workflows to support business processes and automation requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
- Document technical solutions processes and create knowledge articles for ongoing maintenance and support.
- Support GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) processes leveraging knowledge of relevant terminology and practices.
- Optionally utilize experience with Security Incident Response Vulnerability Response Service Portal and Workspace modules.
- Ensure thorough and accurate technical and process documentation as part of project and operational deliverables.
