This is a remote position.
Data Entry: Input data from various sources (documents forms spreadsheets) into designated databases or systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Record Maintenance: Ensure that all records are up-to-date properly filed and easy to retrieve when needed.
Data Verification: Verify and correct data as necessary to maintain high levels of data quality and integrity.
File Management: Organize and store digital files ensuring they are appropriately labeled categorized and stored securely.
Reporting: Generate periodic reports as required ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Communication: Communicate regularly with team members or managers to ensure data entry and records tasks are progressing as expected.
Confidentiality: Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately and in compliance with company policies.
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry records management or similar roles is a plus but not required.
Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.
Proficiency in using computers office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and data management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 5 years of experience in account management institutional sales or client success in the financial services industry. Deep understanding of private capital markets investment banking or alternative assets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with attention to detail and strategy. Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals. Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
