Earthwork Superintendent
Columbus OH
Full Time Role
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead and supervise field crews (operators laborers drivers) for earthwork operations.
-
Oversee site prep road/trail building shoreline stabilization and wetland mitigation/restoration.
-
Manage material coordination procurement and subcontractor direction.
Qualifications:
-
5 years of hands-on experience managing earthwork crews.

Deep knowledge of soil types and mitigation methods.
-
Strong leadership and communication skills.
-
Valid drivers license is a must.
-
Willingness to multitask and lead from the front.

Union or non-union experience acceptable
