What Youll Be Responsible For:
Project Oversight & Execution
- Lead field operations on complex MEP/data center builds
- Maintain up-to-date construction documents and reports
- Validate subcontractor layouts line/grade and schedule milestones
- Monitor job progress and drive project efficiency from precon through closeout
Quality Safety & Compliance
- Administer quality management and first installation inspections
- Document deficiencies and ensure timely resolution
- Enforce site safety policies and procedures; conduct pre-task planning
- Manage and track permits inspections and compliance reporting
Leadership & Client Relations
- Mentor field engineers and project staff
- Serve as the client-facing lead on jobsite performance schedule and updates
- Participate in internal and external progress meetings
Who Were Looking For:
- 8 yearsof experience onmission-critical data center or MEP-heavy construction
- Background inlarge-scale commercial or technical builds
- Bachelors degreein Construction Management or Engineering preferred
- Proven experience overseeing subcontractors safety and QA/QC programs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced schedule-driven project environment
- Local candidates preferred butrelocation support is available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $150000 $220000(depending on experience)
