About the Role

The Montreal Therapy Centre is seeking a dedicated and organized Client Care and Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values compassionate client service and thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

Working closely with our intakes and payments teams the coordinator will ensure clients are matched with appropriate services in a timely manner and that all billing and administrative processes are handled efficiently.

About our Organization

The Montreal Therapy Centre was established in 2003 to provide high quality counselling and psychotherapy services to the Montreal Community. We are a dynamic team made up of over 200 mental health specialists from a variety of backgrounds (social work psychology psychotherapy couple and family therapy creative arts therapies etc). In addition to our clinical services we also provide internship and training opportunities for new professionals along with a continuing education program.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services & Intakes

  • Support intake team by collecting additional client information
  • Income verification for sliding scale program
  • Client follow-ups to support care continuity

Billing & Payments

  • Process and track third-party payer invoicing
  • Follow up on overdue client payments
  • Manage account reconciliation and rental invoicing

Administrative Support

  • Oversee office schedule and rentals
  • Provide front desk coverage and general administrative support

What Were Looking For

  • Bilingual (French & English) — Spanish is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in mental health
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Adaptable proactive and collaborative

Work Location

  • This is an in-person position based at the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex in Montreal. Our hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-8pm and Friday 9am-5pm.
