Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Solution Architect with deep expertise in AWS and Databricks along with hands on experience in rating engine integration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable data solutions and leading cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver high impact solutions.
As a Solutions Architect you will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of a centralized pricing database for actuarial modeling.
This will involve collaborating with AWAC stakeholders to define data strategy and integration roadmap and architecting solutions using AWS Databricks SQL and CData for scalable data ingestion and transformation.
You will also be responsible for integrating the Insure MO rating engine and exposing APIs for downstream consumption ensuring data governance security and performance optimization and guiding the offshore development team to ensure alignment with business goals.
Required technical skills for this role include expertise in cloud and data platforms such as AWS Databricks and CData databases and querying with SQL Server PostgreSQL and optional Snowflake data integration and ETL with Apache Spark Delta Lake and Airflow API and microservices with RESTful APIs JSON and Swagger or Open API rating engine experience with Insure MO and eBao Tech platform and DevOps and CI/CD with Git Jenkins Terraform and CloudFormation as well as knowledge of data governance framework data integration Databricks Unity catalog data analytics and AWS deploy tools.
