Job Summary

Work set up: Hybrid
Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Enterprise Solution Architect to join their team supporting the Harmony XaaS project for Harmony Gold. This role will focus on defining executing and managing enterprise architecture initiatives across applications data and infrastructure domains ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and organizational goals.
What you will do:
- Understand and maintain a comprehensive overview of Enterprise Architecture across the three domains: Applications Data and Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect (EA) to identify key EA capability gaps within Harmony Gold.
- Partner with domain leads to develop and implement strategies to address identified gaps.
- Create and maintain a prioritised roadmap of EA initiatives aligning delivery efforts and team capacity with strategic objectives.
- Execute on enterprise architecture initiatives managing resource capacity and project timelines.
- Engage stakeholders communicate updates effectively and foster collaboration across multiple teams.
- Ensure that all project delivery meets enterprise standards and governance requirements.
Qualifications :
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related roles.
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and project delivery.
- Strong communication stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise cross-functional teams.
- Hybrid working experience with the flexibility to travel as required.
