Job Description
Profile: HR Head
Experience: Min 3yrs
Salary Range: 25k-40k
Roles:
1. Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end hiring for all 9 branches Build internal talent pool and reduce dependency on agencies.
2. Training & Development: Set up structured onboarding and induction process Conduct skill development & grooming trainings regularly.
3. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems staff evaluations and KPI-based reviews Drive productivity and staff discipline.
4. Staff Retention & Culture Building: Design reward & recognition programs Handle grievances exit interviews and engagement activities.
5. HR Operations & Compliance: Attendance tracking payroll inputs leave management Policy updates documentation compliance audits
Preferred Candidate Profile:
communication and leadership skills
understanding of team behavior in beauty spa or retail service industries
of handling field teams junior to senior levels
with HR software and Google Workspace
