Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyse business requirements and workflows.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and operational teams.
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements to optimize business performance.
Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) user stories and process flow diagrams.
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions aligning with business goals.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables against requirements.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management to track progress and KPIs.
Assist in project planning scope definition and risk assessment.
Maintain effective communication between business units and technical teams to ensure project success.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration IT Finance or a related field (Master s degree is an added advantage).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques and business process modelling.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in documentation and report preparation.
Experience with tools such as MS Excel Vision Jira or similar BA tools.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
