Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 hospitality training advisors delivering technical training and performance uplift across the hospitality portfolio for Crown Perth.
- Ability to deliver operational training across Hotels and Food and Beverage as well as manage and prioritise work for the portfolio.
- Strong stakeholder management skills engaging with and meeting the priorities of the business and against the Hospitality Academy scope of work.
- Design and develop technical training content with the team including accredited training.
Qualifications :
About you
Youll bring the following:
- Must possess 8 years in Hospitality ideally working in an integrated resort and/or having both Hotels and Food and Beverage experience.
- Proven ability to design development and facilitate learning programs within the Hospitality portfolio.
- Proven experience coaching others and identifying areas for improvement within hospitality operations.
- Able to lead a small team
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential
- Hospitality Certificate III Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent is essential
- RSA is essential
