The Maintenance Support Admin plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability of equipment and systems by providing advanced diagnostic support. This position is responsible for analyzing maintenance data identifying root causes of equipment failures and recommending corrective actions to improve asset performance and reduce downtime. This role is essential in improving fleet reliability and supporting predictive maintenance strategies across the transportation network.

A successful Maintenance Support Admin must consistently demonstrate the companys Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Maintenance Support Admin must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to including weekends evenings and holidays.
