We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client service this role you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients assisting with daily account management tracking performance metrics and helping implement strategic solutions to meet client goals.
Responsibilities
Assist with managing client accounts and ensuring deliverables are met on time
Coordinate internal resources to execute campaigns and projects
Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback and share updates
Prepare reports and presentations that reflect campaign performance
Support senior account managers with research and client communications
Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
02 years of relevant experience in account management sales or customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
