Description
- Supporting the installation repair or adjustment of audio video and multi-media system components
- Performing routine troubleshooting and maintenance

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline or a qualifying substitution
Basic understanding of audio-visual (AV) systems
- Proficiency in installing and configuring AV equipment including proper wiring cabling and mounting techniques
Problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and provide technical support
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of networking principles related to AV (IP addressing network protocols streaming
- Knowledge with various AV standards and formats (HDMI SDI Dante etc.)

- May require 10% CONUS and OCONUS travel
