Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Representative to join our Washington DC this role you will act as the primary point of contact for client accounts ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships resolving inquiries and providing effective solutions that align with the clients needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.
Handle customer inquiries concerns and account updates in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activity.
Provide recommendations and support to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor account performance and proactively identify areas for growth or improvement.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and key performance indicators.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred.
13 years of experience in customer service client management or account coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
