Montu is growing fast and so is our network of pharmacy partners. Were looking for a Pharmacy Operations Partner (POP) to join our team and play a key role in supporting growing and optimising our pharmacy distribution channels.
As a POP youll be the go-to person for both new and existing pharmacy partners building strong relationships and ensuring our operational standards are upheld across the network. Youll coordinate pharmacy onboarding monitor service levels support day-to-day processes and look for ways to improve how we work together. What youll be doing:
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with pharmacy partners
- Supporting the rollout and onboarding of new pharmacies including training and documentation
- Working closely with partners to optimise workflows and improve efficiency
- Monitoring service levels and addressing issues where performance standards arent met
- Visiting pharmacy sites to strengthen relationships and provide hands-on support where needed
- Maintaining accurate records of workflows processes and pharmacy performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve compliance and implement better processes
- Supporting your team with data dashboards and regular performance updates
- Handling day-to-day requests from pharmacy partners and internal stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Experience with building strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Satisfactory national police check.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and promote cooperation.
- Strong project management skills including implementing new programs and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle internal and external issues calmly positively and professionally.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations deadlines and ambiguity appropriately.
- Ability to manage frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and schedule.
- Excellent record-keeping techniques.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective presentation and training skills.
- Maintain a professional demeanour and uphold confidentiality.
- Ability to travel for the role requirements.
