As Loss Prevention Analyst you will oversee and manage loss prevention issues within organization to prevent and minimize losses in Poland. You will support the Security Manager to ensure that the company and its employees are complying with internal security and procedures as well as regulatory requirements which are connected to the prospective companys loss. Together with the Security team you will ensure that the H&M is a place where employees and customers can feel safe.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH
The Loss Prevention Analyst is part of Security Department and report to Security Manager. You will collaborate with many external and internal stakeholders such as: Store Auditors Compliance Manager Security Specialist Store Managers and Store Employees external security guards agency police courts and authorities. You will motivate inspire and drive others to comply with company security and loss prevention policies and procedures. You communicate with people at all levels and want to contribute to companys meaningful growth.
