Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist / Agent to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. As the first point of contact for our spa guests you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations of our spa facility.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings for spa services
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments packages and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure timely service delivery
- Assist in inventory management of spa products and supplies
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails
- Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and drive sales
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and supportive demeanor
- Proficiency in scheduling and booking systems
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and email
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in spa hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Additional certifications in hospitality or spa management a plus
- Knowledge of spa treatments and services preferred
