This is a remote position.

Job Title: Freelance Trainer Google AgentSpace / CCAI

Mode: Online Type: Project-Based

Experience: 8 Years in AI/ML / Contact Center Solutions

Duration: As per project scope

ey Skills Required:

Google Agent Assist / Google Contact Center AI (CCAI)
Dialogflow ES / CX (Conversational AI)
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Integration with CRMs and Contact Center Platforms
Knowledge of Vertex AI BigQuery (preferred)
API Integration & Webhooks
Contact Center Flows & Agent Assist Use-Cases
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) fundamentals
Live training delivery with hands-on labs

Responsibilities:

Deliver online sessions on Google Agent Assist / CCAI
Provide real-world use cases and practical demos
Prepare customized training content & labs
Support learners through Q&A and hands-on guidance
