1. Beverage Operations Management
- Oversee daily beverage service operations across all outlets (bars lounges restaurants pool/beach bars room service etc.)
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium service and product quality in alignment with the brand standards
- Manage bar inventories beverage stock control and requisitions
- Monitor and maintain proper beverage storage handling and preparation practices
2. Menu Development
- Collaborate with chefs sommeliers and bar staff to develop innovative and seasonal beverage menus (cocktails wine lists mocktails specialty drinks etc.)
- Source local and international beverage products to align with tourism trends and guest preferences
- Create signature drinks that enhance the destination experience
3. Staff Management & Training
- Recruit train schedule and supervise bartenders barbacks sommeliers and beverage servers
- Implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products mixology upselling and customer service
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous coaching
4. Financial Management
- Monitor beverage costs margins and sales to achieve financial targets
- Analyze sales reports to optimize beverage offerings and pricing
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts
5. Guest Experience & Satisfaction
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Handle beverage-related guest concerns and resolve complaints efficiently
- Implement promotional events (e.g. wine tastings mixology classes) to enhance guest engagement
6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local alcohol laws licensing regulations and company policies
- Oversee health hygiene and safety standards in all beverage areas
- Implement responsible alcohol service programs and train staff accordingly
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Tourism Culinary Arts or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 35 years of beverage management experience in a luxury hotel resort or cruise environment
- Extensive knowledge of wines spirits cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
- Certification in food safety mixology or sommelier training (e.g. WSET TIPS ServSafe)
