Your day in the life of a Lion as a Senior Payroll Analyst
We are currently recruiting a Senior Payroll Officer for a 12-month fixed term contract to be based at Lions HQ offices in Sydney CBD
As aSenior Payroll Analyst youll play a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll processing while driving compliance and governance. Youll also collaborate with key teams and work with some of Australias most loved brands James Squire XXXX Stone & Wood Tooheys and Four Pillars all while embracing a culture of learning growth and continuous improvement.
- Sydney-based hybrid(3 days in office)
- End-to-end payroll processingfor up to 2500 team members
- Full payroll lifecycle Off boarding superannuation Payroll tax etc
- Focus oncompliance & governance with payroll processing as the foundation
- Coach mentor and problem solve payroll escalation quires
- Challenge the status quo question system outputs & drive improvements
To be successful you will bring
- Established payroll experience with a deep understanding ofAU payroll legislation(Fair Work Act 2009 NES Superannuation Long Service Leave across multiple states) NZ would be advantageous
- SAP Success Factors and ECP knowledgeis preferred Kronos is advantageous
- Strong communicator able to explain payroll concepts in an easy-to-understand way
- Attention to detail checking accuracy is second nature to you
- Ownership & initiative you take accountability and make things happen
- Challenger mindset always asking Why are we doing it this way
