Job Description
Job Title: Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant
Location: Memphis TN (Onsite Can Relocate at Your Own Expense)
Employment Type: Contract
Position Summary:
JGA is seeking a highly skilled Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of warehouse and transportation systems at scale. This role will serve as the primary WMS functional lead supporting the end-to-end logistics lifecycle including inbound replenishment and outbound distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle Manhattan Active WMS implementations across domestic and international distribution centers

Design and configure WMS workflows including receiving putaway replenishment picking and shipping
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WMS with ERP (Oracle/SAP) TMS and e-commerce platforms

Provide functional leadership for automation enhancements and RF enablement

Support solution design testing training go-live and post-implementation phases

Analyze logistics data to identify continuous improvement opportunities

Coordinate with development and QA teams following SDLC and Agile methodologies
Required Qualifications:

5 years of experience with Manhattan WMS including 2 full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS

Strong knowledge of WMS modules: Intelligent Fulfillment RF Transactions Cycle Counting Order Management
-
Hands-on experience integrating Manhattan with Oracle SAP Blue Yonder and TMS platforms
-
Functional knowledge of Oracle TMS including load planning and multi-leg routing
-
Proven experience designing scalable WMS solutions in high-volume environments

Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile project delivery
Preferred Skills:

Experience with warehouse automation technologies

Strong documentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to mentor junior team members and lead project workstreams
