About the role:
Do you want to shape the future of accessories
We are now looking for a driven and business-orientedProduct Managerto join our Core Accessories this role you will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle from idea to launch with a strong focus on profitability innovation and customer value. Examples of Core Accessories are head protection communication equipment forestry and garden tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: from market analysis and concept development to launch and phase-out.
- Ensure an attractive and competitive product portfolio.
- Work with pricing cost optimization and profitability analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Sales Purchasing and other key stakeholders to drive business success.
- Contribute to strategic planning and portfolio development alongside the team.
About you:
We believe you have experience in product management preferably within consumer products or accessories. You are analytical structured and have a strong business mindset. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you take ownership and drive your own initiatives.
Your skills and background:
- You hold a relevant academic degree and are fluent in English both written and spoken.
- You are interested in new technology and have experience and understanding of various technical solutions
- Your interest in and experience with forestry work is an advantage and highly valued.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
Location
This position will be placed in with our hybrid working environment youll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2-3 days a week (50%)
