As a Senior Product Manager youll take strategic ownership of a key product domain and lead several empowered product teams. Youll coach Product Managers align cross-functional teams and drive real customer and business outcomes.
What Youll Do Your Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy for a core domain of Doka 360 (e.g. Business Operations or Platform Services)
- Lead and mentor project teams across multiple squads
- Ensure alignment within and across product areas to maximize value and consistency
- Act as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders and ensure we solve the right problems
- Partner with engineering and design leadership to enable high-performing teams
- Translate company strategy into measurable product outcomes (OKRs)
- Represent your product area to senior leadership and drive stakeholder alignment
- Continuously improve product management practices and contribute to the evolution of Dokas product organization
Qualifications :
What Youll Need - Your Profile
- 5 years of experience in digital product management with 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable value
- Experience coaching Product Managers and driving alignment across squads
- Strong grasp of discovery methods product strategy and agile delivery
- Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across business and tech
- Excellent communication storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in SaaS logistics or construction tech is a strong plus
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary based on your qualifications and relevant professional experience.
We are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position. According to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry the annual gross minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR 47587.
