Key Details
- Language Skills: German (C2) & English (min. B2)
- Contract: Full-Time Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Sunday between 07:0023:00 (rotative shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotative days per week
- Work Model: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
What We Offer
- Base Salary: 1100 gross/month paid 14 times a year
- Performance Bonus: 100/month (paid 12 times annually)
- Sign-On Bonus: 2000 for all Work-at-Home (WAH) projects
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 net/day
- Transport Allowance: Not provided
Your Day-to-Day
- Handle inbound service-related queries for a German bank account
- Answer questions about bank partnerships and the rewards program
- Deliver solutions with a friendly professional tone
- Ensure a top-notch customer experience on every call or chat
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C2) and English (minimum B2)
- Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Resident in Portugal or eligible to work remotely from Portugal
- Comfortable working in shift patterns including weekends
