Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native or fluent German speaker to join our team in this role you will provide outstanding support to our customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. This position offers a hybrid work model combining both remote and on-site work with a schedule from 7 PM to midnight for 40 hours a week over 5 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of issues.
- Assist customers with product-related questions technical issues and account management.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer interactions and delivering exceptional support.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate recurring issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Schedule
