Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles preferably within a manufacturing or related industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial statements.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and its application in financial management and reporting.
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and offer strategic financial guidance.
- Expertise in Excel for financial modeling including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
- Proven ability in budgeting and forecasting to support effective financial planning and risk management.
- Competency in accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records.
- Solid understanding of tax compliance requirements and the ability to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital facilities and staff requirements and identifying opportunities for cost-saving improvements.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial accounting function including general ledger receivables and payables.
- Prepare consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyze variances to improve financial performance.
- Implement and manage financial controls and accounting procedures to reduce financial risk and safeguard assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and maintain a current knowledge of tax compliance regulations.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and present key insights and recommendations to senior management.
