Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Technical Delivery Manager (cum Scrum Master) to lead the planning execution and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Java-based technologies Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Microservices APIs and Cloud platforms coupled with a strong Agile mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management:
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple projects ensuring scope quality and timelines are met.
- Define and track project plans delivery metrics resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
- Align delivery efforts with business goals through effective collaboration with Product Owners Architects and Stakeholders.
Scrum Master Duties:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and agile maturity within the teams.
- Actively identify and resolve blockers dependencies and team challenges.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide architectural guidance and technical direction on Java SOA and Microservices-based systems.
- Ensure best practices in API design secure integration and reusable service design.
- Oversee cloud-native implementation and modernization of legacy platforms using AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Support code reviews solution design reviews and infrastructure decisions.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a bridge between business development QA DevOps and support teams.
- Communicate status issues and risks in a transparent and timely manner to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with compliance security and scalability standards.
Key skills required
- Strong technical foundation in Java Spring Boot and enterprise application development.
- Hands-on experience with SOA RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.
- Exposure to API Gateway service mesh containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD.
- Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence Git Jenkins and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Good to Have:
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams in a complex environment.
- Cloud Technologies Public cloud: AWS or others
Desired qualification and experience
- B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MSc-IT
- 8 years of experience with hands-on software development background.
- Experience in BFSI industry.
- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or SAFe Agilist certification.
