We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Solution Specialist Manager to lead our presales and solution specialist team for the Asset Management segment and our Structured Finance suite of solutions. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth expanding market presence and fostering long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise a strong track record in solution-based sales and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the presales and solution specialist team ensuring exceptional service delivery client retention and revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of solution specialists optimizing account coverage and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Partner with product strategy and management to continuously evolve and adapt our suite of solutions to our clients needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders including consultants associations and regulators to enhance market influence.
  • Promote a culture of innovation collaboration and high performance fostering an inclusive and entrepreneurial team environment.
  • Proactively work with prospective clients through the sales process providing technical assistance guidance and expertise.
  • Provide key insights on use cases and workflows in the financial institutions space (Asset Managers Banks and Insurance companies) including but not limited to Private Credit Portfolio Construction Underwriting Lending and Early Warning Indicators.
  • Respond to functional and technical queries of RFIs and RFPs assisting sales consultants in responding to sales-related queries.
  • Demonstrate the superiority and value of our products to potential and existing clients.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our range of solutions to prospects and high-profile clients.
  • Partner with the wider sales team to build the sales pipeline and promote our solutions.
  • Continually expand technical product knowledge acting as the subject matter expert.
  • Provide thought leadership and analytics in action to drive commercial discussions and value.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field required; Masters/MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of successful sales experience in a software/services organization with a strong track record in global solution selling and team leadership.
  • Experience with asset management solutions (e.g. ALM credit/market risk regulatory reporting) is highly desirable.
  • Deep expertise in Structured Finance Private Credit and credit risk.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Proven track record of presales activity preferably within the financial services.
  • Ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk products including rating and probability of default models.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • This position offers a dynamic work environment requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face while also providing the flexibility of hybrid working.
